Ember Loom was established in early 2024 by a group of data scientists and engineers who had spent years working in both large tech companies and smaller consultancies across Southeast Asia. We noticed a recurring pattern: organizations were either being oversold on AI capabilities or struggling to find partners who could translate technical possibilities into practical implementations.
The name "Ember Loom" reflects our philosophy. An ember represents the careful, sustained energy required to build something lasting, while a loom speaks to the deliberate, methodical process of weaving together different elements—data, algorithms, business logic, and human expertise—into a coherent solution. We're not interested in flashy demonstrations that don't translate to real-world value.
Based in Bangkok, we work primarily with organizations in Thailand and neighboring countries. Our team combines deep technical expertise in machine learning and data engineering with a practical understanding of how businesses actually operate. We've worked across industries including manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and financial services, always with the same guiding principle: AI should serve a clear purpose, not be adopted for its own sake.
